RubiPic Terms of Use
End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective date: July 11, 2026
1. About These Terms and the Developer
These Terms govern the use of RubiPic. The developer and licensor is Hubert Przychodniak, Sarbka 48, 64-705 Czarnków, Poland, email: szaroczarnytrzmiel@gmail.com. The App is distributed through the Apple App Store, and this agreement is between the User and the Developer, not Apple.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, purchasing, installing, or using the App, the User accepts these Terms. A User who does not accept them should not download or use the App.
3. Nature of the App
RubiPic creates cube mosaic designs and printable PDF instructions from the User’s images. The App is paid. After purchase, all currently available features are available without additional in-app purchases.
4. License
The Developer grants a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to install and use the App on Apple devices owned or controlled by the User in accordance with Apple’s Usage Rules.
5. Photos, User Content, and Output
The User retains rights to their images and is responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions. Images are processed locally and are not automatically uploaded to the Developer’s servers.
6. Use of Output and Safety
Generated instructions are aids. The User is responsible for print accuracy, scale, materials, and safe construction of the physical mosaic.
7. Updates and Availability
The Developer may update the App. Some features require camera, photo-library, or file permissions.
8. Intellectual Property
The App and its materials belong to the Developer or its licensors and are protected by law. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.
9. Support, Maintenance, and Claims
The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for support, maintenance, and claims concerning the App. Contact: szaroczarnytrzmiel@gmail.com.
10. Warranties, Liability, and Refunds
The App is provided “AS IS” to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. App Store payments and refunds follow Apple’s rules and applicable law.
11. Legal Compliance and Third Parties
The User must comply with applicable law and Apple’s terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms where required by Apple.
12. Termination of the License
The license terminates automatically upon a material breach of these Terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
The current version is available at https://rubipic.app/terms.html and states its effective date.
14. Governing Law and Contact
